Connect it to ChatGPT

You'll need a paid ChatGPT plan and ChatGPT on the web (custom connectors aren't on mobile). Your personal setup link was emailed to you after checkout — it has your key built in, so there's nothing extra to paste.

In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings → Connectors → Advanced settings and switch on Developer mode.
Still in Connectors, click Create. Name it MOW Brand Intelligence.
Leave Authentication exactly as it is — No authentication. (Your key travels inside the URL instead; that's how ChatGPT's connector screen works.)
Where it asks for the URL, paste your personal setup link from your welcome email. It looks like:

Treat that link like a password — don't share screenshots of it.
Tick "I understand and want to continue" and hit Create.
Open a new chat. Click the + menu → Developer mode → switch MOW Brand Intelligence on. Connectors are off per chat by default — this is the step everyone misses.

One trade-off to know: turning on Developer mode switches off ChatGPT's built-in Memory feature. If you rely on Memory, Claude is the smoother home for this connector.

Try this first:
"Give me an executive brief on [Your Brand] vs [Competitor]."
Then: "Save my brand dossier: [paste your positioning, key messages, audience, competitors, voice and tone]."
Then: "Run a mini messaging matrix on [Your Brand] vs [Competitor]."

If something looks wrong

The connector isn't listed in a chat: start a new chat, open + → Developer mode, and switch it on there. Old chats won't pick it up.
"No authentication" feels wrong: it's right. Your key is embedded in the URL you pasted — that's the supported setup.
Calls fail: re-copy your personal link from the welcome email. If the key part got cut off when pasting, authentication fails silently.
Lost your personal link? Have your key re-sent — the email includes a fresh link.
