Connect it to Claude

You'll need your API key — it was emailed to you after checkout. (Lost it? Have it re-sent.)

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Give it a name — MOW Brand Intelligence — and where it asks for the server address, paste exactly:

Open advanced settings and add a header:
Name: Authorization
Value: Bearer, a space, then your key — like Bearer bi_live_… (the word Bearer matters).
Save the connector. If it ever shows as disconnected, open the connector and hit Reconnect — the name and address stay saved.
Open a new chat, make sure the connector is switched on for that chat, and ask your first question.

Try this first:
"Give me an executive brief on [Your Brand] vs [Competitor]."
Then: "Save my brand dossier: [paste your positioning, key messages, audience, competitors, voice and tone]."
Then: "Run a mini messaging matrix on [Your Brand] vs [Competitor]."

If something looks wrong

"Couldn't connect to the server": hit Reconnect on the connector. The saved settings are fine — it just needs a fresh handshake.
Calls fail or come back empty: check the header value starts with the word Bearer followed by a space. A pasted key without it won't authenticate.
Works in one chat but not another: connectors are enabled per chat. Switch it on in each new conversation.
